We live in confusing times my friends. The television still grabs a lot of us by the eyeballs and won't let go. Personally I do not watch a lot of television. Part of the reason is that I love to read...anything I can get my hands on.

When you are in a home business, you really don't have time or even want to watch a lot of television. You quickly realize that television shows, especially reality shows-take negative emotions and implant them in your brain. Think about it. How upbeat do you feel if you finishing watching:

Jon and Kate-Add in Entertainment tonight, who just wouldn't shut up about these two.
Big Brother
Dog the Bounty Hunter-Kind of a potty mouth fellow for someone who prays on his show.
Tila Tequila-No talent here folks and as my Vietnamese wife says, over rated in the beauty department as well as brains.

Remember Joe Rogan's show about eating crap and doing stupid things. Really made you wonder about the human race didn't it.

Then you had people trying to get reality shows, like the balloon boy fiasco.

I stiil say that Stephen king got it right when he wrote the book and then put out the movie that says in the future, the game show will consist of people chasing down people and killing them on national television. I mean porn is shown on mainstream television now, late at night and it won't be long before you can watch it at dinnertime. Won't that be great.

What I am trying to say in this post,is this. If you want to be successful, you need to think successful thoughts and do actions that put out a positive vibration into the universe. Your first step? Turn off the television and read something 100% positive for a change. Rent a movie that is full of positive messages or gives you hope for the future.
